Further Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this new photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying different sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
